My stay at the hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The room conditions were poor, causing health issues, but the original cleanliness was satisfactory. The service was friendly with great ocean views. However, the lack of friendliness in some instances was a downside. The location was mostly fantastic, close to the beach, but issues with noisy neighbors affected the experience. The dining experience fell short with limited options. Overall, the physical appearance was appealing, but the presence of dubious individuals was concerning.

The rooms, while convenient at the moment, were very run down with stains and a lamp falling off the wall, which impacted my health and led to unexpected hospitalization. The cleanliness and quietness were appreciated, but the early morning construction noise from replacing the carpet with floating floors was disruptive, awakening us with loud tools and drilling at 7 am.
